  I love their food, and would normally rate this higher, but this particular location's service left me with something to be desired. They're a bit slow, even when they're not busy, and I normally have to repeat my order at least 3 times before they get it correct. The food is always good, though. The cooks do a great job.

  I normally like this particular Arby's location a lot, it's near my home and it's one of my favorite fast food chains. I had several made on my order this last time, I ordered a #19 and several other things, when the gentleman didn't ask for what drink I wanted I asked him if he had made that a combo, he hadn't but he assured me he would fix it at the window. I got to the window and paid, after looking my receipt over I noticed they hadn't charged me for a combo. I pointed it out and they said they could charge me $4.49 to give me a drink and fries. I hesitated and he agreed to just give them to me because of the mistake. I asked for a sweet tea and took a drink while waiting for my food, it was a coke. I returned the coke and got my sweet tea. After waiting a good ten minutes my food was done. I got home and found that they hadn't given me fries. I tried to call but their number just kept ringing. The staff was very nice but very forgetful and I'm pretty disappointed in the overall experience.

  Slow service, but worth the wait. Drink machines are fidgety and overly foamy. Great fries.
